"We had a most enjoyable stay, however the service at breakfast was very slow and the choices not clear. No price for coffee or juice ! The whole thing could be presented better, help yourself to juice, filter coffee and DIY toast butter etc. Would save the delay and confusion. The two boys there were doing the best they could but everything took too long."

"Hotels.com sent me an email (only 24hrs before check in) to say the booking was cancelled in high season! Not even a phone call from hotels.com. Took over 2hrs to rectify this. Hotels.com were not helpful but the communication with the hotel manager was fantastic and she helped get things finalised (lucky for us they had a room). The location is perfect for restaurants and a short drive to bay of fires. The hotel room was exceptionally clean. The mattress on my partners side had quite a dip in...
