"We had a lovely room with an ensuite bathroom. The place has great character and excellent service from Ada and her colleague. Very helpful. There was some noise from the lane but that quieted down not too late in the evening. We loved our stay here. We highly recommend!"

"This is a beautiful, but old building, with spacious rooms, a and high ceilings. But it is dark. Only one window that does not let in much light. So used our lights a lot. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet. The front desk/proprietor was extremely helpful in making a restaurant reservation and booking a car to the airport."

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "

"Great property in center of the city, if you have a hard time walking this city is not for you, have to park outside the city and haul bags to and from the hotel, other than that the staff was great and the city is going back in time. Also call ahead to give time of arrival."

"The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed...
