"Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."
