"This property is ideally placed to visit Grassington and walks around the area. It is clean, well appointed and first class en suite bathroom facilities. The down side is that there are a lot of rooms and a number of the occupants came into this venue later into the night. The doors are vintage as are the locks etc, so we found it a bit noisy and had a disturbed sleep. "

"Fantastic little find and will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this little gem of a place with such friendly staff. The wee lodges were epic. My only criticism was not knowing the wee pub across the road, the Stavely Arms isnrun by the same team, as we would have dinner there had we known. The breakfast was epic, and the bed was super comfy. Well worth the money we spent both on the accomodation and in the bar."

"The hotel room was large and well furnished, though the bed was slightly uncomfortable and I think the mattress had seen better days. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and catered pretty well for our vegan diet, though the vegan milk options were somewhat limited. The hotel is ideally placed for access to Knaresborough town centre and had ample private parking. "

"Amazing place to stay! This is the third time we have stayed here, you are always made to feel welcome. The hotel is right in the heart of Grassington, where there are great walks and restaurants on the doorstep. We would highly recommend it."

"The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. "

"This property situated very close to Harrogate town Centre and the proprietors jan and Mark are the most friendly helpful people you could wish for. the breakfast was stunning. The choices were lovely. A couple of times I had the smoked salmon scrambled egg and mushrooms which set me up for the day. The room is super clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay."

"What a beautiful location. When my wife and i woke up in the morning, we watched the sunrise over the Dales. The same for breakfast as the dining room has ceiling high windows overlooking the cows and sheep grazing in the fields. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfy. We quickly became friends with some of the other guests. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend Throstle Nest Farm. "

"A great place to stay, clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for the one night of our stay. Lovely served breakfast by a really pleasant girl who was on her own but remained calm and efficient under pressure. Two small criticisms,couldn’t find plain old terrestrial tv but everything else available and the “garden room” we booked turned out to be the front garden on to the main road. Minor criticisms about a great syay "

"Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment. "

"Positives: Comfy bed Fridge in room Yorkshire tea and Grandma Wilds biscuits in room replenished daily Hosts were friendly and offered advice on local area 5-min walk to train or bus station Close to shops, pubs, restaurants Negatives: No window in bathroom and extractor fan and a bit noisy Shower took a few minutes to warm up If you like to sleep with the window open the road outside is quite busy Entrance hallway was a bit smelly Overall, good value for money. Would stay here again."

"Great B and B in lovely Pateley Bridge with the added bonus of great little restaurant downstairs in the evening . Super comfortable and clean , spacious room. Freshly cooked delicious breakfast. Great host. "
