"My friend and I stayed at the Mulia for 10 days. First for 4 days, then 3 and extended for 3 more. The grounds are very clean and comfortable and the room and beds were especially great. There are a lot of staff in hand but the customer service could improve a tad bit as there was some misunderstanding when we extended- it did not show in the system which led to dome confusion.
