"The door is actually cant be locked. ITS NOT SAFE! The room is really old and dirty. The linens are pillows and bath towels are dirty! The internet is very slow. I called the front desk but she said it’s all what they have and it’s an old hotel, very poor service. It’s a disaster and unforgettable bad stay experience. Will never go back to this hotel. "

I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. "Check in was more complicated than past check ins. I had to fill up some information which took some time, carrying several luggages. Idk why they made it more difficult. I hope I don’t have to go to this next time I check in, or else I’ll be going to a different hotel."
