"It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. "If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. So if you have an issue going up stairs, I do not recommend. However friendly owner who provides breakfast (not much English but we were able to communicate fine), helpful in figuring out arrival and entry...
