"Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. My only caution would be that the lower level with one bedroom and kitchen had a damp mildewy smell. But the upper level with two bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and...

"Fantastic holiday full of great memories! Giorgia, was easily contactable, supporting us with all our needs, it is impossible to find criticism of her kindness and willingness to help 10/10. The accommodation had beautiful views at a wonderful location but not suitable for anyone who is not fit and able bodied. There are a lot of steps and a busy narrow road without a footpath down to the town. If you don't mind the steps and walk then I would highly recommend this holiday location."

"The Villa and its surroundings are nothing short of idyllic. The listing is accurate, but nothing compared to the real-life experience. Rooms and beds well accommodated our family of 7 adults. There are so many places to sneak away to explore or meditate. Several of the guys braved the sea entry below the villa, but a few of us just enjoyed the adventure and the beautiful view. Carmela, Caterina and Rosaria were charming, and full of life. They cooked for us 2 nights and it was hands down...

"The villa is a very good size and is finished in local style with everything that we needed. It catches the sun from dawn to beautiful dusk. There are two very good restaurants within 50 metres, one each side of the property. Both have fantastic al fresco views overlooking the coast. Le Bonta del Conca sells amazing home-made gelato. The shop underneath Le Bonta has a good deli counter as well as mainstream groceries, so everything is on hand. There is a car park for visitors about 100m...

"The villa was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location - quiet and off the beaten path! The house was well appointed with comfortable beds and the swimming pool was a bonus! The kitchen was perfect to make meals at home and the views from the terrace were prime! Luigi was very helpful with information at check-in and told us stories of the original owners. 5 star stay! "The location absolutely beautiful, the view on the Minori bay area and on Ravello is magnificent! Ornella is super quick to answer and truly helpful! We had problems with our phones and she called for us to book tours around. Its clean and in the center of lemon trees and flowers. There is a good walk with 100 stairs to get there from the private parking spot (10€ per days) but Ornella’s son and partner helped us with luggage. "What a beautiful home provided by Francesca, very clean, awesome view, and, Francesca and her home brought us fresh fruits, vegetables from their garden….The only thing I would encourage is to let people know that there is no parking on the premises( unless you have a tiny car or scooter), because you have to walk up a steep grade to get in…Other than a miscommunication( we were all very tired), the night of our check-in, it was a phenomenal location and Francesca was very hospitable "
