Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning unit was incredible and much needed - and kept everyone cool during the heat. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous as is the balcony with beautiful views. " This is a very well equipped apartment. It has a comfortably furnished, spacious, open plan kitchen/sitting room. The ‘kitchen’ has a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer along one wall. There is an air-conditioning unit above the TV/Media equipment. There are two separate ways from this room onto the L-shaped terrace that overlooks the storm channel that runs through Montagnac.
