"This house is in a perfect location for oval beach and hiking. The chain ferry was no longer operating as it was after Labor Day but if you visit during the season it is right across the street! We were so fortunate to be there during Sandhill crane migration (we stayed 10/23-10/27) and there were literally hundreds of cranes in the marsh by the river!!
