"The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. Unfortunately it was a little out if the way for likes."

"It is a very large property and a lot of it needs some attention. The pool areas are very good and in good condition. The breakfast was very basic with eggs precooked and often cold. The dinners in Pasta Pasta and the Lobby were very good. Some mould in the bathroom was disappointing. The pillows on the bed were too large and quite solid - not very comfortable"

"Reception r sucks do everything like a turtle and have only 2 people ona counter"

"Before covid it was nice. Now you can’t smoke even on the balcony. And the table lamp is screwed to the wall. Lazy chair not required. Better to have table & chair for eating & drinking"

"Stayed for 1 week. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious & very clean. Some nice restaurants & the beach within walking distance. Check-in processes need to be improved. We (& two other unrelated bookings) arrived far too early for check-in, but when we returned later at the actual check-in time of 2pm, all groups still had to wait at least another 20 minutes for rooms to be ready. Suggestion: hotel should make an arrangement with Olive Tree (hotel next door) for outdoor pool access for guests."

"Conveniently located in central Pattaya . This beautiful hotel offers breathtaking sea view, delicious breakfast, super friendly & attentive staff. Additionally, Hotel Pattaya’s facilities are top notch and deserves all accolades of a five star hotel. Many thanks to Nok and Jackie, the two attendants at the Edge restaurant. We are grateful for their service, especially the signed thank you card they handed us on our last day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya."

"This property Hotel Resort.. Is rated 5 stars! It’s located ocean view and property amenities is excellent. The bars and restaurants are the best in Pattaya Thailand.. Consistently great as I stayed here numerous times. You can walk to many other attractions from this hotel. Safe location , beautiful Clean sanitary atmosphere, all three pools are excellent. The Gyms and steam rooms are excellent. If you have children the day care and play areas are excellent with security and great service. Book the daily breakfast bar, international cuisine prepared by experienced chefs!!!! Book early because this hotel is popular do to there excellent services! "
