"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."

"We spent 12 days here and enjoyed every minute. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. They take the time to get to know you. Their shuttle to Ubud center was a nice amenity. The area is quiet and serene. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Ubud center. The private pool for each villa was lovely. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We made Anusara our home base and would do day trips to see the rest of Bali. We can’t wait to book another trip to Bali to explore more and stay at Anusara again during another trip. "

"The staff were service oriented, very hospitable from the start and checking in via WhatsApp for our needs/questions and also for a smooth arrival/departure. The room does not have a tv but that wasn’t a concern for us just something to take note. It is really big and clean, the bathtub was amazing as well though the water may not remain hot to fill it completely. The breakfast is not a buffet but more than sufficient with many vegan and vegetarian options. Overall I loved the property and would love to come back "
