This retreat was the perfect blend of art, nature, and peaceful reflection. Every day started with a breathtaking sunrise at breakfast and ended with the most beautiful, jaw-dropping sunset at dinner. We even experienced a small earthquake and were treated to a delightful visit from a family of monkeys! The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs, making the experience even more memorable. "There was careful thought that went into the property design and details. The room service food options were okay and the menu options could use some improvements. Breakfast menu, restaurant views, room villa (with private pool), and design, along with staff were its best qualities. We will definitely be back. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. They even did a little something special for our honeymoon! The water did go out due to a burst in the main water line (out of their control) during our stay. We were in the middle of a shower and wasn’t notified of what happened until we reached out to staff. I thought they could’ve done a better job with informing the guest. "

"Definitely a place for couple retreat/honeymoon for some own personal time. Service and staff are excellent. The traffic to get to the hotel is way long. 2.5 to 3 hours for about 20miles. "
