"I go to Cocoa Beach every year for Thanksgiving at another VRBO location. This year decided to try a different location. Excellent unit. Excellent location. Wonderful heated pool. It is the closest building to the beach as far as the eye can see in both directions. Easy check in and check out. All check in/out communication was prompt and through email and I did not need to contact the prop manager at all. Highly recommend. "

Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away. "The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for...

"We highly recommend this condo, but only if you want an updated unit with lots of cabinets for storing your stuff, comfortable beds with nice bedding, great location convenient to some really good restaurants, shopping and Amazing sunrises.
