"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. "El apartamento es nuevo, está perfecto. Las unicas 3 pegas que le veo, son la recepción, que es muy difícil de encontrarla y su horario es muy escaso; que la cama de matrimonio (que es lo que pedí), no era de matrimonio, era de 135 y se queda muy escueta para dormir 2 adultos en condiciones y que para cambiar las toallas y sábanas, tienes que bajar tu a recepción las mismas y te daban otras limpias, cuando lo lógico, es que te las suban al apartamento. "The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work.
