"Great aparthotel. Helpful staff and very Covid safe. Our apartment was not big but had enough space and balcony had nice view to sea and mountains. Everything was renovated and new looking. Modern and fresh. Bathroom good. Kitchenette locked up as cleaning of it not included, but you could ask for the key to the cupboard unit. The microwave was accessible. "This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. "This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. "I came in the of season. Most amenities were in the town - 3 minute walk. The place felt very much in harmony with the Papa Luna. A great experience. I havr never been treated so kindly at a hotel like I was here. Rrally good people. I imagine it is bustling an noisy in the summer but I would highly recommend a nice quiet break in the off season."

Great halfway point

"This hotel is located in a great beachfront spot, just a bit short of the halfway point between Barcelona and Cartagena Spain. Our room had a perfect view of the beautiful beach in this area and the hotels restaurants were good and reasonably priced."

"Extremely clean and tidy and staff very welcoming and helpful. The gym is snall and slightly open to the elements but has sufficient equipment for a basic workout. Food was amazing, vegetables slightly cool but could be warmed up in the microwave. Area around coffee machine & microwave a little hectic at breakfast. Pool looked great but weather too cold in March! Would definitely recommend for a short stay. "

"I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate. "
