"My room was huge! Smelled nice and fresh. I have allergies and I pick up on smells very quickly. This room definitely met my standards. Bedding immaculate. Another thing I noticed was that thermostat/air worked perfectly. It heated the room almost immediately. Went to the Steakhouse for dinner and it was very nice. Excellent selection of wines. Staff were very attentive. They had a 1/2 off surf and turf and it was really good. Don’t feel like you have to dress up for the restaurant. I saw people dressed however they wanted. When I went to bed there were no loud noises etc to keep me awake. I love this place. Easy access on I-30"

"We had a great time celebrating our baby boy turning 12! The king suite with the extra bedroom was so nice and it made our boy and his friend feel so grown up having their "own room" Thank you for making this trip amazing. The staff were so friendly, the place was immaculate clean, the pool was great- it was the perfect temperature and was not overpowered by chemicals, breakfast was great, and even though we did not travel with pets, I loved that this was an option! It is so hard to find a clean hotel that allows your animals with you. We appreciate you guys and we WILL be back! "

"Great location and service. The hotel shuttle service was terrific and Lois and Larry are great drivers. The room was comfy but the hotel is tired. Updates help but all our room furniture was scuffed and worn. Same in the bathroom vanity"

"The facility is always clean and comfortable. The people are always happy to serve you and very courteous. Having said that, I didn't get to stay there because the hospital canceled my surgery late yesterday afternoon. Four points was willing to not charge me but couldn't do anything because the reservation was under the control of Expedia. I couldn't contact anyone at Expedia to discuss the matter. Expedia is very difficult to deal with when there are difficulties. You are too automated."
