"I rented this Vrbo for a holiday weekend (July 4th) Our small weekend vacation turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we arrived at the property after driving 5 hours we walked into an absolutely disgusting house. Beds were dirty from previous rental, we found the bathrooms littered with dirty towels, and hair. The couch was covered in crumbs and stained would food. After getting ahold of the rental company since the host would not respond they put us in another home 15 minutes away...

"Reserved this property in January 2023 for a Sister’s Birthday Weekend and to watch the eclipse. When I inquired about getting the check in instructions, I found out the house was double booked and we were on the losing end of the deal! Seems like you could get your stuff together, VRBO. VERY disappointed!"

"This cute cottage was centrally located for all of our family events. It was inviting and well- furnished. All of us enjoyed spending time there. Further, Tonya was outstanding! She reached out several times to make sure all was well and immediately responded when we had questions. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly return when we visit again. "

"I want to start with the positives. House is really nice, good layout, great location, lots of potential. Amy the manager, is quick to respond and very nice. There are a lot of amenities that would make this a great stay, if they could be used. But, it is in desperate need of a new cleaning crew. The walkway to the front door had a Mound of dirt on it so big it could not be jumped over or walked around without stepping onto the ground. The house was picked up and smelled air freshener clean....
