"The house was very cozy and it was good for what I needed it was very close to the beaches we went to and that was a plus. I did feel the Ac will shut off at night so it got hot a bit,cause I guess it was on Auto.bathrooms nice, the one bathroom beautiful but the shower was a bit to small, we are not small people,so floor was getting wet daily and we had to use extra towels and the mop constantly. Rooms were perfect for everyone kitchen was nice appliances were cool. We did get a bit cautious...

"This is a great place for a visit to Sarasota. Within 20 minutes to the beach, pool is great for the days that are not at the beach, and close to all the attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was fully stocked and left us not wanting or needing anything at all :)"

"The home itself was clean and decently stocked. We loved the spacious outdoor seating area by the pool that is shaded. We utilized that area the most. The beach equipment was perfect for us for hauling all of our beach gear in the beach wagon. The beds are all FIRM. What we didn't like was the amount of cameras posted on the front and the back of the home (We counted 8 in total). It made us feel a bit uneasy and wondered if there were cameras inside as well. "We were in Florida to visit relatives in Lakewood Ranch and to see the beach. We liked the central location. The neighborhood was basic but was quiet and felt safe. The house was clean. It had everything that we needed with also some games for our children. The host sent us messages well to communicate about our reservation. It was easy to check-in, and the list was not complicated or overwhelming to check-out. We were really happy with it."
