"Lovely spot, right on the river but still quiet and close to the old town. The service from the whole team was excellent and the breakfast was superb. The room was very small but had everything we needed and as the weather was really good for February we were out all day. Lots of great restaurants within a stones throw. Definitely recommend. "Relaxed, modern and a pretty unique Hostel as it functions with processes & procedures like that of a 3or4-star hotel in a fantastic location near the Douro River. The added unique touches like a "welcome drink", wooden keycards & carpets in hallways as well as extra large storage were unique special touches & greatly appreciated. You'll need to walk up several flights of stairs so be ready to carry your bags. The place itself has a nice living/den area and a big table. "We had chosen this studio flat as it was near the river and in the historical area. We were very pleased with the location as we were only 5 minutes from the river and Luis bridge. We had not realised how hilly Porto was and found all we needed by the river as well as booking a couple of tours.There were many small and larger restaurants close by and a couple of small food shops. The larger supermarket was just over a mile away.Accommodation was well equipped for self catering and comfortable....
