"The hotel is super clean. The cleaning crew was very impressive. Room is spotless clean and fresh after the cleaning service. They opened the window, and clean the windows, all the tiles in the bathroom. Very impressive. Other than that, the hotel is so so. Internet router broken for hours at night. Breakfast was ok. They had omelette which was a plus, but only machine made coffee. Not much selection from the breakfast buffet too. "

"Located across the street from the theater, the hotel is ideally located within Porto, allowing for easy walk ability as well as the availability of Bolt and Uber drivers. Multitude of bars, restaurants in the immediate area. Easy to walk to the main train station in Porto.The staff went above and beyond and honored me on my birthday with a sparkling wine, as well as dessert while we were having breakfast in the morning. If we need a hotel in Porto in the future, we will definitely be staying...
