"This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location is right in the heart of the city, on the beautiful Avenida. You can't find a more convenient location. Easy access to (paid) parking across the street. The unit was as described with an amazing view of the city from the enclosed balcony. A/C is not the best - we found it best to just open the windows and let the coast breeze cool the unit off, but that was fully disclosed by the owner. Owner was lovely to work with, tons of helpful...

"Sara's apartment is incredible. Perfect location, beautiful balcony views, very comfortable bed and couch, and great kitchen. We came for a few days for our honeymoon and Sara was even kind enough to give us a welcoming treat! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs to the left of the apartment! They were very kind to us and had wonderful food. Muito Obrigada Sara!"

"Clean and spacious apartment that had good sized living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Situated in a quiet area that is a few minutes walk away from a large shopping centre, and roughly 20mins walk away from the city centre! Host was very accommodating and very friendly when answering questions. Great place!"

Felt very safe and secure with indoor, private parking and gated parking lot. The Not So Good: not exactly a " Beach Villa". Felt and looked very insitiutuonal. "Love going back to our ancestral roots in São Miguel! João and Teresa are very kind, pleasant and friendly hosts. Both provided recommendations of favourite restaurants, and suggested that we connect to WhatsApp for easy communication. 2Stay is perfectly located, walking distance to all amenities, 15 minute walk to "Portas da Cidade" the city centre. 2Stay has all the basic amenities required...steak knives would be nice for a steak dinner! The pool is an awesome feature! Excellent for a morning...

The location for me is perfect, high so it's bit cooler, close enough to grocery and attractiion we went to. Facility is like you're at home that you can cook. They provide water and tea.
