"Everything was excellent, every staff at the hotel was excellent specifically the morning server lady at the breakfast time she was very helpful with everything, good breakfast choices, nice room with nice view balcony, perfect location I would love to stay again."

"The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling."

"We found it really great price and quality for a 2 star hotel. Clean, staff speaks English well and is very helpful, it was quiet and beds were very comfortable. 24 hours restaurant on site is a huge plus, even though portions were quite small and pricey, but it was delicious. Very comfortable location for the bus station. Will be back again."

"El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de todo. En nuestro caso despedimos el año en la Plaza del Comercio y en minutos llegamos caminando al hotel. Muy cerca de la estacion del tren Baixa. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor y el elevador de Santa Justa justo al doblar la calle. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero eso no nos afectó en nada. El cuarto con balcón y vista a la ciudad es excelente. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron recomendaciones para restaurantes....
