"Having stayed at many relais chateux hotels, this was in some ways disappointing. The hotel was lovely and the room excellent. There were a number of stairs with no hand rail which was awkward, due to my mobility issues. The breakfast service was really poor, very slow and limited options like other relais hotels. The pool service didnt work, so you had to go down in the lift to the bar and order which was also very slow. Location ia good and the pool was lovely ( even though it wasnt cleaned...

"Amazing hotel in such a great area of Lisbon. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We loved the outdoor patio and the breakfast was delicious. The room was a great size with a beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to most of the city and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again if i was in Lisbon."

"Comfortable hotel in heart of high end shopping district of Lisbon and 0.5 miles from Bairro Alto ( up hill). Amenities including pool, fitness center and restaurant/bar seemed great. Unfortunately didn't have time to use any. Our room was a 3 bed triple. Each bed was permanent not roll away. Highly recommend"
