"We booked 2 rooms one double and another triple room. The double room had a kettle with coffee etc but no toiletries (shampoo/lotion etc). They just had 2 soap dispensers. The triple room was nice and spacious but it lacked detail. We did not get a kettle with tea etc and no toiletries in the washroom. Even after asking at the front desk we were told this is how the rooms are configured. No attempt was made to help or accommodate."

"Loved our stay at Maxime Hotel, it was for 4 nights, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good with a Metro starion just 2 minute walk, but can walk to city centre within 10-15 mins depending where you want to go. Would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone visiting Lisbon."

They use a very strong scent in the hallways, kind of smells like a men’s cologne. The staff were great and helpful, great location as its walking distance to everywhere, everything was pretty clean.
