"The place is as described. It is cutely decorated and it was very clean. Roberto was very helpful and informative. He helped us with the luggage when we checked in and offered to help on checkout since we had to park in public parking some distance away. FYI- the WiFi signal was weak and sporadic. We could not stream or download much."

"El colchón de pésima calidad, al igual que el sofá cama. No pusieron 4 toallas y éramos 4 personas, ni sábanas para todos. Mis hijos durmieron sin sábanas en el sofá cama. Nos comunicamos y quedaron en llevar tanto las sábanas y toallas que faltaban y no sucedió nunca. Las toallas y sábanas que habían eran de pésima calidad. Las toallas para bañarse además de malas de un tamaño mínimo. No corresponde el precio que se paga con la calidad del servicio. "

"The cava is exactly as shown and described online. The view from the terrace looks directly into the Sassi. The location can’t be beat, it’s right near the old city and new City so you have a central location to see everything. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner works great on a hot day.
