"From the moment I made the reservation, the emails received for check-in, the super friendly staff from the parking lot concierge to the reception, they answered my questions, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, the impeccable room, the restaurant with a very varied menu and all the food very tasty, all the staff very attentive to provide good service and the best thing is that they always had a smile while doing it, that is customer service, I will recommend it and of course I will stay at this hotel again."

"Great location, walking distance to malls and restaurants, room was soundproof and very comfortable. The reception is going through some renovations which made the check in area very noisy and with strong paint/chemical odor. These renovations should be mentioned when the customer makes the booking so dosen't take you by surprise. Saying that, the works were only at reception and didnt afect the comfort of the room. "
