We hired a guide for Las Cataratas through the hotel, and they were top notch. We would also highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in the middle of a long trip. It felt like vacation on vacation! "

The Belmond, at its best, offers an exceptional breakfast experience-something to look forward to and reminisce. The pool complements the hotels beauty, alongside the animals, who are familiar with the property and curious. However, one improvement the Belmond should consider-the dinner experience at IPE (the smaller restaurant, poolside) did not meet expectations. While the food is amazing, the service was not consistent. Otherwise, excellent destination and a memorable experience. "This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It's a budget hotel and a very good one at that. My room was basic but comfortable with nothing to complain about. There is a small bar and restaurant downstairs with some vibes. Aside from this, the hotel is located in a safe area with many restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely book a stay here again. "
