The people in charge of customer service are extremely slow and inefficient at check-in and check-out. It is surprising how they do not offer to help when someone is free, besides they do not explain anything, they do not understand Spanish or English (I asked specifically this and the woman said no) considering that there are dozens of foreigners in that place. When we got to our room, we realized that it had not been cleaned or maybe other people were still there and we had to go out again to ask the reservation desk for another one. The facilities seemed average to me for the premium price they charge and the dinner options are limited. I had to go to eat at the MyMabu hotel next door to find more variety. The next day they told us that we could continue using the pool after check-out, but when we arrived at the pool we were surprised that we needed bracelets to do so, nobody explained it to us, we walked back 200 meters to ask for it again. Moreover, At evening the pools had a smell, I don't know if it was because of the large number of people. I don’t think I would visit this hotel again

Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

Bom resort. Mas podem melhorar
Resort precisa de reformas. O hotel é grande tem uma área verde maravilhosa, as piscinas e o acesso ao blue park é ótimo. Café da manhã farto. Atendimento bom. Apenas ressalva a manutenção dos quartos. O nosso estava com o box vazando e a pia parcialmente entupida. Reclamamos do box e logo consertaram. Agora parabéns ao chuveiro, muito bom com bom jato sem ficar espalhado. Quarto sem amenidades. No geral boa estada. Ter o shopping Catuaí bem em frente facilita muito.

Sus estrellas no condicen a su estado actual
Llegado al hotel, no había nadie que te pueda guiar como enchufar el auto eléctrico, la conexión en malísimas condiciones. La habitación con armario roto, viejo. El baño sin los kits personales básicos que cualquier hotel de menos categoría te lo ponen. Sus estrellas no condicen con el estado actual. Un hotel que quedo en el pasado. Es una pena!

Hotel bom mas preços fora da entrega de valor
É um lugar bom, mas o custo benefício é baixo, tendo em vista que as ofertas de almoço, jantar e bebidas durante o dias tem preços exorbitantes pela Qualidade que oferecem. Em geral o hotel é bom, a toa que cuida da entrada do café da manhã é bem antipática e vi muita gente tendo enrosco com ela, eu mesmo não quis que eu entrasse no restaurante 1 por teimosia me mandou pro 2 que julguei ser mais lento atendimento. Enfim, instalações ok mas valor acima do que oferece!

Distintas observaciones: - Nunca me limpiaron la habitacion. La unica vez que lo hicieron, es porque lo solicite, - Nunca me anduvo la pulsera. Todos los dias la tenia que habilitar, encima me daba cuenta cuando ya estaba instalado en la pileta o lejos de la recepcion, por lo cual la logistica se complicaba. Bueno, no fue buena la experiencia en realidad.
