"The overall location is great very walkable with lots of shops and dining options but we found the hotel to be poorly maintained and dirty with bugs. Our room had dirty sheets and mold in the shower dead bugs and hair on the floor. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. There are signs all over that says they will be remodeling soon, i hope this is true because the have a great location and staff."

"Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! "OK com a recepção e a reserva, limpeza e roupas de cama. Um bom café da manhã, chuveiro muito bom, estacionamento descoberto com custo adicional. O único problema foi a quebra de um dos dois elevadores que o deixou parado o dia inteiro com o hotel cheio e o tempo de espera para conseguir subir e descer para o quarto incomodou muitos hóspedes. "
