"It may have been the time of year we stayed, but the complex was not busy at all!! It was such a cute and quiet complex! This unit is on the 2nd floor on the end! You have a great view of the bay and the beautiful pond in the middle. You also are a very short walk across the street to the gulf beach! May have been because it was early April, but it was basically a private beach. Maybe 2-4 other family’s on the beach with us at a time. We were able to find all kinds of shells and not worry about...

"The condo was great! Excellent location, within walking distance to several restaurants and easy pier access. Not crowded just as we like it. Only two issues: no shortcut to the fishing pier for senior citizens and the public bathrooms at the pier were the worst we’ve ever seen! So if you have any influence over the pier situation it would go a long way to improving anyone’s stay. "
