"I can't say enough about how great this property is. We came for Spring Break so we were here for a week. The room was very nice, clean, great amenities, and friendly cleaning staff. Also let me say how great the front desk staff was so friendly and very helpful. My husband can't stop raving about how amazing the breakfast was every morning. The breakfast staff was a very hard working group and always making sure everyone had what they needed. The property was kept up daily and very clean. "

"Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again! "

"We wanted a few days away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Loved the carriage house - beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The area is lovely for walking and the golf cart is fun for trips to supermarket. Our only disappointment was when we found one of the bikes had a flat tire having planned a day of cycling. Joey was very quick to respond to any issues just unfortunate that the bike couldn’t be repaired before we had to leave. Would definitely come back"

"Watercolor has been a family tradition of ours for over 20 years. Now that two kids are grown up, with big kid obligations, we needed a smaller place to stay. This coach house was the perfect place to land. It is perfectly located across from the Camp Pool. It can easily accommodate a family of four if you have two little kids (there is a pull out couch), and it has a full kitchen. The owners are so easy to access and communicate with; they are so friendly and accommodating, which we greatly...
