"We have stayed at this hotel now and then for about 20 years. The staff are very nice and the hotel and inside the restaurant. The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. There was water coming out from under the bidet which made puddles of water. We stayed there twice this past week and both bidets had rust colored stains in it and the bathroom doors were in sad shape as well. Internet access was not good in either room we stayed in. Not sure we will stay there again. "

"The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work."

"This hotel is great, it's nice and clean, the staff is very welcoming, the gym/spa/sauna and pool areas are so great too! The breakfast buffet style is amazing. I highly recommend it."
