Location is everything and using Gilbert Ferret or via Cavour you reach the harbour two ways or all the restaurants and along the bastioni, we were prepared for the steep stairs going up to the property from previous reviews, the roof top view is worth it !! Breakfast is more than enough made by the lovely Cristina it will keep you energised for day be it cold meat , boiled egg or a Cornetto pastry with delicious fruit and yogurt. No real central air conditioning, breakfast buffet was one croissant with one coffee cup and one water bottle. No hot...

"The description says air conditioner but apparently not all rooms have air conditioner. We got a room without air conditioner, but on second day of our stay an air conditioned room got empty and we were offered to move to that room (lucky us). That room was good, had everything we needed. The staff is kind but they do not speak english, which made communication a bit difficult."

"Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido estupenda, su anfitrión Pietro es una persona amabilísima y encantadora, nos informaba de todo, ademas tiene una pág web muy completa que te informa de todo, playas ,pueblos cercanos sitios de interés etc..., el alojamiento está muy bien no falta de nada, el desayuno muy bueno. La situación es muy buena si llegas en ferry desde Barcelona, solo tardas 20 min, luego tienes muchas playas cerca. No dudaríamos en alojarnos en ella la próxima vez."
