"The house, grounds and pool are very nice. It is very close to beautiful beaches. However, there was a major ant infestation in the house, which hopefully, by now, has been addressed. The property manager was great and gave us ant spray but an exterminator was needed. Also, the owner did not mention in the listing that there is a vineyard/winery being build behind the house and loud noise started as early as 7am lasting until around 5pm. "From the moment we arrived to be greeted by our host they could not do enough for us. During the whole stay they were always there able to assist with any issues or concerns we may have had so so supportive. An arrival package of supplies from butter to milk to even wine awaited what a lovely touch. The outside area around the pool is lovely and although we didn't use the barbeque the table by the pool would be ideal for barbeques. Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

"Owners of the place Michaela and Michael are very nice and excellent hosts. Very helpful and ready to take care of their guest any time.Nice location with 2 separated and cozy houses. Excellent for family with teenagers. In hot summer this private and very clean pool is just perfect place to spend relaxing day. Alghero is only 10 min drive by car with plenty restaurants, shopping, music and whatever is needed. All around are perfect beaches easy to reach by car. It was a very nice and relaxing...

"Had a great 2 week stay at this Villa. We were 6 adults and 1 three year old child. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in all the rooms - air conditioning, WiFi, good water pressure, good hot water, all the appliances in the kitchen. No surprises. The commercial fridge in the kitchen was a really great feature, as we had to store lots of water bottles and cold drinks for our group. Pool was cleaned practically every day. All in all, very nice!"

"The pool and outside space is lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed except a way to escape the afternoon sun that comes pouring in and makes it impossible to enjoy dinner around the table. I simple shade that could be pulled down for a few hours would be a welcome relief from the hot, glaring sun. Also, since there is no den/living room the house wasn’t conducive to our family enjoying time together after dinner."
