"Great potential but missing on too many important small details. Could be ok at a lower price point but as it is limited value for money. Positive -Beautiful surroundings with old houses, vineyards & nice swimming pool. -Walking distance to the river & marked hiking walk nearby. -Spacious apartment -Amazing big bathtub. "The house and grounds are beautiful, family run. The proprietor arranged for a delicious supper prepared by her Mom as we arrived exhausted and late after a very hot day walking the Portuguese Camino. The room we stayed in was fabulous, spacious and pleasant with a lovely balcony shaded by a fruit tree. The ensuite bathroom was spacious also and very modern. The proprietor’s parents were so kind to us too, even giving me a ride to Mass on Sunday morning! We had a nice continental breakfast with...
