"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"The room was great. We really enjoyed the kiva style real wood burning fireplace. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent but they could have a couple more vegetarian options on the menu."

"The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has choices of delicious Southwest cuisine. All the rooms and common areas are so colorful. I hope to stay here again sometime. "

"Advertised a restaurant in the hotel but never seen an open restaurant in the hotel, only in the casino. The vending machines seemed to always be out of service. Other then those two things the stay was nice, it was quite, peaceful, and clean. Did not interact with staff much but they seemed nice and friendly. "

"THe shower in the bathroom was lovely, however, it was not well designed. Water leaked onto the tile floor, which was slippery. Not safe, and not wise. The pillows are all the same--hard."

"The staff was super freindly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and kudos to the man who managed the food and assistance. The chile verde was awesome, would love to know the source. I also liked the tv in the middle of the room. Could swivel it to the sofas or the bed. First time I've seen that and it's a great idea!"
