"The innkeeper was so helpful and the room was so quiet and near to parking, with very little walking involved for elderly people! We enjoyed having the little reading room for a quiet evening. The fireplace and coffee in the morning was a delight. Each breakfast was very unique and created with obvious care."

"Dated property. However this is a long time jewel near the plaza with FREE parking and a great breckfast. Outstanding service. Great beds and a super shower head! Stairs to upper rooms. Low toilets!!! Tight parking spots. Free local area shuttle to/from plaza and art district. A great downtown stay in Santa Fe!"

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
