"We had a great stay in this modern, clean apartment. The grocery store right below was very convenient too. The only negative was that while the staff did eventually fulfill the couple requests that we had, we found that we had to be very patient. Eg: more than 24 hours to get a couple extra towels for the pool. That was the only issue though and overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We waren een beetje teleurgesteld. Er wordt vermeld dat er parking is, maar je moet gewoon een plaats op straat zoeken (zeer moeilijk, want zeer veel geparkeerd auto's). De wifi was op onze kamer (suite De Teide) niet te bereiken, alleen op de benedenverdieping kan je wel op internet. Er werd enorm geboft met het ontbijt. We hebben 3 maal oud brood en oude croissants gekregen. De gastvrouw was wel vriendelijk, maar communiceren is moeilijk omdat ze niet goed Engels spreekt. Ze spreekt wel...

"Good location but can be a bit noisy at night. Requested a quiet room but despite this was put directly 1floor above bar downstairs. Room was fine but balcony is a tiny rectangle just to be aware. Breakfast basic and wouldn’t pay for again in hindsight."

"Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room)."

"The area is peaceful, surrounded by many other beautiful buildings and very well connected. Rooms have good noise insulation and in general in good condition, even though a bit outdated. The staff made sure the rooms were always clean and tidy. There is a pool in the hotel but we never used it because we prefere the sea. There is also a great park nearby with beautiful authentic trees and plants which is great for a morning walk and coffee. Totally recommend it if you want to spend some relaxing...
