"Overnight stay in Santa Cruz with my Wife - Hotel beds were terrible - Asked for double-Got singles and mine tipped over in the night sending me sprawling to the floor. Room was uber basic, far too hot and sweaty and the ceiling fan made next to no difference. Had to open all windows and listen to street noise all night to be able to breathe. Bathroom very tired with hairs in the bath and an absolutely useless shower. Also, bathroom window was essentially hanging off. Overall decor poor...

"Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. Of course, they said that they cannot refund us the money, but they were quick to charge us the entire day upon check-in. Stay away from this place. "

"Una maravilla de hotel. Recientemente reformado y se nota. Estrenamos el aire de una de las habitaciones y todo estaba perfectamente limpio. Las chicas muy simpáticas tanto de limpieza como de recepción. La ubicación muy buena con gran cantidad de opciones gastronómicas. Aparcamiento gratuito “detrás” del hotel, a 3 min andando. Muy recomendable. "
