"Always my go-to when coming to my home town for a reboot. This time, sadly, room smelled unfresh. Will be back, will ask 4 a different room. I love the location, pool and hot tub- i walk to all my activities!"

"A decently priced, decently located motel in Santa Cruz -- good value for the price overall. It was a quiet location, had a better than expected breakfast included, and was overall clean and comfortable. A good stay in an otherwise fairly pricey location. Nearby BBQ restaurant was quite good."

"Much better than expected. Nice large walk-in shower and new bathroom. Clean remodel done with quality. Comfortable mattress larger of mini refrigerator with separate freezer. Beside the narrow layout of the structure n parking lot of an old school motel extra parking in the rear. "

"I liked that the property was walkable, downtown is only about 15 minute or less walking and the Board walk is about a 5 minute walk, stayed one night and the room was clean, had warm water, and a few necessities like a mini fridge and microwave "

"Overall this motel was fine, especially for the price. It was fairly clean (nothing popped out as obviously dirty like I've seen in other rooms in the past, although after crawling around for a while the tops of my baby's feet were pretty dirty). The staff was very friendly. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The mirror in the bathroom had lighting options that made applying makeup easier.
