"Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!"

"This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was great, and there was a good amount of comfortable furnishings, supplies, etc. The only challenge we had was that the internet was spotty at times and in some places, but the reality is we were there for R&R, so I am not sure that was...

"We had an amazing family holiday on the outskirts of Florence. We used buses and trains throughout our stay to explore Florence - recommend a visit to the Uffizi. We also had a day trip to pisa. There are so many piazza’s, churches, bars, restaurants, statues and stunning architecture in Florence. We also had a day trip to Pisa. The leaning tower was the highlight of that trip. The property was clean and well equipped. Bus connections were easy. Stefano was helpful. A wonderful holiday ! 😀"

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"We've been going to Italy for the last 15 years. This place was clean, conveniently located and perfect for a couple that need a quiet break. And the views of the surrounding hills were spectacular. We will be back, if we're lucky."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cottage, which has been lovingly built and maintained by Carlo. It is close enough to Florence for easy day trips - a car is recommended for convenient access to the property, but there is ample free parking in a nearby town to head downtown by bus. Accommodations were very comfortable, we made good use of the fridge and convection cooktop, and the views are unmatched. Carlo was kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. Pro tip for those not...

"After a stressful flight cancellation we arrived on a Monday afternoon and all of our stress instantly disappeared when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and very cosy. It’s very clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Ginevra was so welcoming and pointed out places for us to visit and we enjoyed all of her recommendations. "Amazing apartment and managed so well! The location was perfect and a 10-20 min walk to wherever we wanted to go. Apartment was super spacious, very clean, and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning units in every room. Host was professional, very helpful and gracious. I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "

"The hotel room is big and clean. The bed is so comfortable. I like the bathroom, it has a heated rack to dry the bath towel quickly and has a good size. I also like the locker room, it has a lot of space for storage. It was a good choice to book in this hotel because of the location, across the street is a church and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. "
