"The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!"

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
