"They went above and beyond. Osmond was amazing. He was very attentive and mindful of our time. He even went next door and changed money for us. We also needed breakfast early in the morning and he accommodated. Jose, the parking attendant, was about as friendly as one could be. He would also stop traffic in the street when we were leaving. They all had huge smiles on their faces the whole time. "

The sheets on the bed were dirty and wet , they didn’t have enough blankets, they did a bait and switch where they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid a higher amount in cash And the person told me that they have other guests that they will give the room if I don’t pay higher amount ($50 vs $42 that was on the booking).
