"Amenities are below average. Shower head points towards wall making it hard to shower. One provided bar soap can't be any smaller for two guests. Not good! One small water bottle for two guests is way below expectations as a greeting gesture. Sad!"

"The first day was a complete disaster, noise everywhere that lasted until almost 3 in the morning, my son who was outside the hotel came back late and couldn't find anyone to open the main door, he had to jump over the main door that leads to the parking lot, very good breakfasts, special thanks to Joselyn, a waitress with impeccable professionalism."

"A clean, well appointed with great, pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. The location is well away from Santa Ana and is extremely quiet. Options for restaurants are limited but there are various local food options. Breakfast is delivered to the hotel but is a bit of breakfast roulette. You know what it is when the container is open. However, we had no complaints with what we got. It was pretty good"

"The host was very friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and a reasonable size, only issue is the walls are quite thin. Location wise you are away from the touristy parts so prices in the area are more reasobale "

"Absolutely terrible place. The sheets on the bed were dirty and wet , they didn’t have enough blankets, they did a bait and switch where they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid a higher amount in cash And the person told me that they have other guests that they will give the room if I don’t pay higher amount ($50 vs $42 that was on the booking). The room was dirty, the shower was not working , they ran out of drinking water. The blankets they gave had dirt and hair stuck on them. They also...
