We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...

"We had a lovely stay! The house had vintage charm and was nicely decorated with all the modern conveniences and the biggest TV I've ever seen in a home! Many extras like a Keurig with pods, bottled water and a nice outdoor seating area in back. Close to many restaurants and stores and all Long Beach has to offer. Will try to stay here again next time we're in town."

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. "We spent our holiday at this rental and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is on top of a small hill with views of the ocean from the kitchen window and kitchen balcony. It had all the necessary Amini ties for a family of four. It is in walking distance to the 1000 steps beach. It is actually 206 steps down to beach front. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Laguna yet close Enough to drive or take the trolley which has a stop down the hill from the house. Just a block away...
