"When I booked, I kinda expected the hot spring that offered with the hotel was within the same building or at least walkable indoor to the hot spring, but it was a separate building that you had to walk outside to get to in so it was inconvenient. "We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by.
