"The one we stayed is like a studio. Has big fridge and washing machine (with dryer). Kitchen utensils and electric stove. There is a tablet where you can order food for delivery and price is reasonable. The room we had has a great view of the bridge. The room is with key lock so you don't need the keycard to enter. "This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!"

"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. "The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
