"The toilet was smelly and not clean, and the kettle needed descaling. Our towel rail in the bathroom did not work, thus having no heating in the bathroom when the temp outside was 1 degree. On the second night the heating in the bedroom flashed an Error, not giving much heat out. The staff were helpful and very welcoming "

"Food and service excellent, unfortunately the room smelt of damp really badly, the chimes from the church every 30 minutes kept me awake most of the night until I stuffed tissue in my ears, loud noise from cars passing on road, springy bed. Probably the worst nights sleep ever!"

"Very old historic building with lots of character. Room large, bed comfy, coffee machine and biscuits but no bottled water. Good shower, good breakfast included cooked to order. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi rubbish, TV not great but was cool that it was hidden in the panelled wall. Short walk to paid parking. Overall a positive stay, would stay again. "

Charlie who checked us in and looked after us was extremely friendly, kInd and very helpful when booking taxis for us. Breakfast was decent! Perfect before a wedding. Highly recommend, would come again and with our dog as it's very dog friendly!"

"I stay in Cambs often and like this hotel as the studio rooms allow me to be more flexible. The room is clean on arrival, with lovely linen and a comfy bed. That said I have noticed maintenance issues across several rooms with bathroom sinks that do not drain and heating (or lack there of) and appliances not working. "
