The location by the river made it easy to fish right from the dock, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. Plenty of space for all five of us, and the peaceful surroundings were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great outdoor getaway!"

"My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!"

"We enjoyed our two nights at this property. It had gotten very cold outside but the heat was great in all the rooms. We had five adults and we were all comfortable in our bedrooms. Loved being able to park in the garage. Could use more soap and towels for the showers. Maybe a crock pot for cooking. Clean and roomie!"

"We really enjoyed the stay! The owner is super responsive and went above and beyond for anything we needed and didn’t have while there. If you will be there for a specific event such as hosting a holiday, make sure to confirm that appliances are available that you might need beforehand. They will make sure you have them!
