"(Alone male traveler) Just stayed for 12 hrs until flight so bed was comfortable and clean, shower was hot asked for tile floors due to my allergies which they were able to accommodate and few decent food options within walking distance, I would stay again "

"We live in Richmond and spent the night in the hotel as a special treat to ourselves. I was delighted with the size of the Maymont room. We easily were able to walk to the Hard Shell where we had dinner. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and fast."

"The Jefferson lived up to our high expectations from the moment we arrived until our departure. The front desk was welcoming, efficient, and informative. The dining options were perfect; we especially enjoyed the selections for breakfast. The room was large, bright, and well-provisioned. Staff at all locations and levels was attentive and friendly. "
